From scheduling appointments with flexibility, to the way patients are welcomed, all the way to the expertise of the doctors and staff. By the second visit, they already “got” my habits and adjusted the appointments accordingly, showing that they truly listen to patients and that a personalized approach is not just a phrase, but something genuinely practiced. There’s no need to even speak about the team’s expertise—it’s well-known. The post-operative care is top-notch, and someone is always available to answer any questions. After very unpleasant experiences with previous dentists, I finally gathered the courage to make an appointment at IMED Polyclinic. Considering that I have been living with diabetes for 30 years, I must admit I came to the first consultation feeling anxious. After speaking with the director, I was referred to Dr. Lana. I faced two very challenging procedures, but Dr. Lana and Nurse Lorena are my heroes. I cannot find words to describe their care, expertise, and humanity… Although the risks were high due to my condition, both procedures went perfectly. Dr. Lana thoroughly explained how I should manage the post-operative recovery and answered all my questions. I must also commend the kindness, professionalism, and attention of all the clinic staff. I wholeheartedly recommend them, as do my acquaintances who have been patients at IMED. I would recommend anyone to turn to them if they have any concerns or problems, especially those considered high-risk patients like me.

I’ve always been afraid of dentists, and I knew that one day I would have to get implants, which was a nightmare for me. When I found out online that there’s a clinic where they put you to sleep and solve all your problems, I was overjoyed! From the moment I entered the clinic and was greeted so warmly by the reception staff, to the lovely Ms. Emina who did her part perfectly, I could hardly wait to get started. The procedure was painless and quick, and Dr. Blivajs and the assistant were extremely kind, approachable, and guided me through the entire process in the most pleasant way possible.
