This website (hereinafter: the "Website") is owned by the company I-MED d.o.o., with its registered seat in Zagreb (City of Zagreb), Selska cesta 90A, registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Reg. No.: 080626368, VAT No.: 68891266197 (hereinafter: "I-MED" or "Polyclinic I-MED").
By using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use (hereinafter: the "Terms"), as well as all other legal notices that form an integral part of the Website, including the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.
PURPOSE AND CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE
The Website of Polyclinic I-MED has an informative, promotional, and communication function and serves the following purposes:

Informing the public about the activities and services of Polyclinic I-MED, including a list and detailed description of available dental services.

Presenting successful therapeutic procedures through the “Case Gallery” section, which includes procedure descriptions with the prior written consent of patients and accompanying photographic documentation.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE WEBSITE CONTENT
I-MED reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to users, to modify, supplement, limit, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the operation and/or availability of the Website or any of its parts at any time.

DATA TRANSMISSION THROUGH THE WEBSITE
Personal data (name, surname, mobile number, e-mail address), as well as a message and attachment (photo, medical document, etc.) may be submitted through the contact form.
The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date and assumes full responsibility for its accuracy.
I-MED is not liable for any damages arising from incorrect or false data willingly submitted by the user.

For all issues related to Website use not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act shall apply. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Any disputes or claims that may arise as a result of using the Website in connection with these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, with Croatian substantive law applicable.
APPLICATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS
These Terms are effective as of 24 June 2025.
I-MED is authorized to modify these Terms at any time, in which case the amended Terms will be published on the Website.
