TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE www.imed.hr

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website (hereinafter: the "Website") is owned by the company I-MED d.o.o., with its registered seat in Zagreb (City of Zagreb), Selska cesta 90A, registered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Reg. No.: 080626368, VAT No.: 68891266197 (hereinafter: "I-MED" or "Polyclinic I-MED").

By using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use (hereinafter: the "Terms"), as well as all other legal notices that form an integral part of the Website, including the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

PURPOSE AND CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE

The Website of Polyclinic I-MED has an informative, promotional, and communication function and serves the following purposes:

  • Informing the public about the activities and services of Polyclinic I-MED, including a list and detailed description of available dental services.

  • Presenting successful therapeutic procedures through the “Case Gallery” section, which includes procedure descriptions with the prior written consent of patients and accompanying photographic documentation.

  • Advertising ongoing educational programs within “I-MED EDUCA”, including courses for healthcare professionals and educational lectures for patients on modern therapies and dental procedures, with the possibility of online application.

  • Publishing professional and informative articles on the blog with the aim of education and raising awareness of the importance of oral health.

  • Enabling subscription to the “Stay Updated” newsletter for regular updates and news.

  • Providing a virtual tour of the Polyclinic premises.

  • Enabling inquiries, appointment scheduling, or submission of medical documentation via a contact form requiring basic personal data entry.

  • Advertising open job positions and enabling candidate applications via the “Career” section or directly by emailing karijere@imed.hr.

  • Connecting to external platforms and social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) for promotion and user interaction.

  • Other purposes that I-MED may introduce on the Website in the future.

RIGHT TO MODIFY OR DISCONTINUE WEBSITE CONTENT

I-MED reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice to users, to modify, supplement, limit, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue the operation and/or availability of the Website or any of its parts at any time.

This includes but is not limited to: changing, modifying, updating, or removing any part of the content published on the Website; changes to availability and structure of contact forms, newsletter subscription or education applications; modifications to technical parameters, functionalities and/or Website design; changes in education application conditions including access to forms and course schedule or price information; temporary or permanent unavailability of the Website due to technical interventions, system maintenance, or security reasons.

I-MED shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, inability to access or use the Website or any of its functionalities that may arise as a result of such changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

RULES OF WEBSITE USE

By accepting these Terms, you agree to use the Website exclusively in accordance with them.

You agree to:

  • use the content of the Website solely for personal, informational, and educational purposes;

  • not take actions that could limit, disable, or interfere with access to and use of the Website by other users;

  • not upload or share illegal or otherwise inappropriate content;

  • not provide false, inaccurate, or third-party personal/medical data when filling out contact forms, education applications, job applications, or any other communication through the Website.

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, publication, storage, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the Website (including texts, images, videos, educational and promotional materials, Case Gallery content, blog content, I-MED EDUCA content, etc.) without explicit written consent of Polyclinic I-MED;

By accepting these Terms, the user acknowledges and agrees that all elements of the Website – including design, interface, layout, content, images, texts, videos, audio materials, educational and promotional materials, graphics, logos, names, designations, software solutions, and all other components – are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights under the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

All content published on the Website (including Case Gallery content, I-MED EDUCA educational materials, blog texts, visual representations of procedures, and any other form of expression) is the intellectual property of Polyclinic I-MED or third parties who have granted I-MED appropriate usage rights.

Strictly prohibited:

  • any unauthorized copying, downloading, storing, publishing, distributing, altering, displaying, transferring, selling, or other exploitation of the Website content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent of Polyclinic I-MED;

  • using any Website content for commercial purposes or for the benefit of third parties;

  • incorporating any content from this Website into other websites, databases, computer networks, or any other information systems without explicit permission of the rights holder;

  • any unauthorized use of the registered figurative trademark of Polyclinic I-MED or any similar/identical mark for identical or similar goods or services by third parties, without permission.

Any unauthorized use or violation of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

DATA TRANSMISSION THROUGH THE WEBSITE

Personal data (name, surname, mobile number, e-mail address), as well as a message and attachment (photo, medical document, etc.) may be submitted through the contact form.

The user guarantees that the data provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date and assumes full responsibility for its accuracy.

I-MED is not liable for any damages arising from incorrect or false data willingly submitted by the user.

PRIVACY

Polyclinic I-MED provides a secure web environment with adequate online data protection measures. We handle personal data carefully and process it in accordance with our Personal Data Protection Policy and Cookie Policy.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For all issues related to Website use not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act shall apply. The parties will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. Any disputes or claims that may arise as a result of using the Website in connection with these Terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb, with Croatian substantive law applicable.

APPLICATION AND AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

These Terms are effective as of 24 June 2025.
I-MED is authorized to modify these Terms at any time, in which case the amended Terms will be published on the Website.
