Dario Novak, dr.med.dent.

Dario Novak graduated from the School of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb, in 2016. He has ten years of clinical experience, focusing on prosthodontics and minimally invasive aesthetic dentistry. At IMED Polyclinic, he guides patients from the initial photograph to the final restoration, designed according to a smile concept they have seen and approved in advance.

He plans every treatment digitally. Photographs and a 3D scan of the teeth are used to create a design of the new smile on the patient's face, allowing patients to preview the proposed outcome before any work is carried out on their teeth. His clinical work includes composite and ceramic veneers, aesthetic gum contouring, dental crowns, and implant-supported restorations.

He further developed his expertise through the year-long international program Mastering Contemporary Prosthodontics (2023), delivered in partnership with the University of Cologne. Since 2019, he has been an ambassador and lecturer for Smilecloud, a digital smile design platform on which he has planned more than 900 cases. He is also a Key Opinion Leader for DMG and an Affiliate Member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED).

For ten years, he has been educating fellow dental professionals in more than ten countries across three continents. He is the creator of the educational program The Smile Protocol™ and co-founder of The Dental Label, a platform that brings together leading dental educators and their educational programs for dentists and dental teams.
