Filip Kolenko, DMD, was born on January 13, 1994, in Zagreb, Croatia, where he completed elementary school and general high school. He graduated from the School of Dental Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 2018.
He began his professional career during his student years in the pharmaceutical industry. For four years, he was part of an enthusiastic team that established and implemented a customer loyalty program in the Croatian market. During this time, he also assisted in a private dental practice.
After graduation, he joined the team at Polyclinic IMED. In 2019, he began his specialization in endodontics and restorative dentistry. He continued his education by enrolling in the Postgraduate Specialist Study in Dental Medicine in 2020. He passed his specialist exam in 2023 and earned the title of Specialist in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
His areas of interest include endodontics, post-endodontic tooth restoration, adhesive systems, bioactive materials, and the use of dental loupes and operating microscopes in endodontics and minimally invasive dentistry.
He is the author of numerous health articles in the field of dental medicine on a professional health advisory portal. He is a member of the following associations and societies: Board Member of the Croatian Society for Minimally Invasive Dental Medicine – Croatian Dental Chamber, Croatian Society for Restorative Dental Medicine – Croatian Dental Chamber, Croatian Society of Endodontics – Croatian Dental Chamber, Croatian Medical Association, and the Croatian Chamber of Dental Medicine.
