Lana Skorić, MSc, DMD, was born in 1982 in Šibenik, Croatia. After completing the Dental Technician High School “Dental Centar Marušic” in Split and an internship at the dental laboratory Kimmel, Zahntechnik GmbH, Koblenz, Germany, she enrolled in the Dental Medicine program at Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
She successfully completed her studies in 2008. During her studies, she further specialized by attending a prosthetics and materials technology symposium organized by the German Dental Association, as well as a periodontology symposium organized by the German Society of Periodontology. After completing her internship at the Dom zdravlja Zapad – Zagreb, she passed her professional exam and joined the team at Poliklinika IMED in 2010.
Dr. Skorić is fluent in German and English and continuously enhances her expertise through domestic and international courses and congresses.
In 2013, she began her specialization in periodontology at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Zagreb. In the same year, she enrolled in a postgraduate professional study, completing it in June 2016 with a thesis titled “Hyaluronic Acid as an Adjunct in Periodontology”. Since then, she has continued to advance her professional skills through ongoing courses and congress participation.
