At IMED Polyclinic and Day Hospital, we have declared 2026 as the Year of Our Patients.

 

We want to emphasize that despite continuous growth, expansion of services, team development, implementation of new technologies, and improvements in organizational processes, our patients remain our top priority.

Although we are a large institution with a complex structure, our goal is to preserve an individual approach and a warm, human connection with every patient.

 

This complexity arises from the fact that we offer the widest range of dental and medical services under one roof, employ the largest team of specialists, and use state-of-the-art digital equipment. Additionally, our day hospital enables us to perform the most demanding procedures under general anesthesia, while all prosthetic work is produced in our own in-house laboratory.

 

These are all benefits enjoyed by our patients, but they also present organizational challenges. Our goal is to balance the highest quality of care with the growing number of patients who recognize and trust our expertise. Our mission is to remain the leading clinic in the domestic market, fully dedicated to local patients and their needs. For this reason, we have never engaged in dental tourism, and this will remain unchanged. Likewise, we have chosen not to transition into ownership by investment funds. Our conscious decision is to remain independent, owned by our founders – doctors of dental medicine – who truly understand and recognize the needs of their patients.
