All-on-4® Before–After

The patient came to IMED Polyclinic due to advanced periodontal disease in the upper jaw, which had significantly compromised the health and stability of her teeth. Following a detailed clinical examination and diagnostic assessment, it was determined that the teeth could no longer be preserved in the long term, and their extraction followed by All-on-4 implant treatment was recommended.

Four implants were placed in the upper jaw and fitted with a fixed prosthetic restoration, providing the patient with a stable, functional, and aesthetic solution, as well as restoring her sense of security and freedom in everyday life.
