IMED Full Arch Concept Before–After

The patient came to us with severely compromised teeth in both the upper and lower jaws. Following a detailed diagnostic assessment, it was determined that the teeth could no longer be preserved, and a permanent implant solution using the IMED Full Arch Concept was recommended.

In the upper jaw, an All-on-6 procedure was performed using two pterygoid implants and four straight implants, while the lower jaw was restored with a conventional All-on-4 procedure using four straight implants. Due to the patient's significant fear of dental treatment, the entire procedure was carried out under general anesthesia, ensuring complete comfort and a pain-free experience throughout.

The final smile restoration included a permanent metal-composite prosthetic restoration, restoring function, aesthetics, and confidence in everyday life.
