What is the All-on-6 method?
Unlike the All-on-4 method, where a dental bridge is permanently fixed to four implants, the All-on-6 procedure uses six implants for optimal stability and better load distribution. To ensure maximum safety for our patients, we use only the highest-quality and most reliable Nobel Biocare implants.
Thanks to their unique design, All-on-6 implants provide excellent dental function and aesthetics. Patients can chew, speak, and smile with complete confidence, while their teeth look entirely natural.
It is important to note that both All-on-6 and All-on-4 procedures are performed exclusively on edentulous jaws, which means no natural teeth can remain in the jaw. Additionally, due to the use of special pterygoid implants, bone regeneration (sinus lift) is not required.

How does the All-on-6 procedure work?
The implant placement procedure is the same as with the All-on-4 method, with the main difference being the number of implants used. As the name suggests, the All-on-6 method uses six implants to restore a full arch of teeth.
After a 3D scan of the jaw and an initial consultation with an implantology specialist, our oral surgeon creates a personalized treatment plan. The procedure is usually performed under general anesthesia, and IMED Polyclinic is the first dental polyclinic with a day hospital in the region, where these procedures have been performed for more than 15 years.
After the implants are placed, the process of osseointegration (fusion of the implant with the bone) begins. On the same day, the patient receives a temporary prosthetic bridge, which is worn for the next 3–6 months. Once the implants are fully healed, the patient receives a permanent prosthetic bridge.
