Treatment process
During the initial consultation, the doctor assesses the condition of the skin and defines the desired results through a conversation with the patient.
After cleaning the treated area and applying a numbing cream, botulinum toxin a natural protein is injected into the muscles that cause wrinkle formation. This reduces the muscle contractions, and as a result, wrinkles and fine lines on the skin disappear.
In some areas, multiple injections may be necessary to completely smooth out the wrinkles. For patients with very pronounced wrinkles, repeated treatments may be required to achieve a smooth and youthful look.
The procedure itself lasts 10–15 minutes and is almost painless. Immediately after the treatment, small red bumps may appear at the injection sites, but the redness usually disappears within a few minutes. The final result becomes visible after about a week and can last up to 6 months. With regular and consistent treatments, the effects can last longer, and the results improve over time.
