When Are Nose Surgical Procedures Recommended?
Small surgical procedures of the nose are recommended when conventional treatments such as medications and sprays do not produce satisfactory results or when there is a functional indication. They are performed on an outpatient basis using local anesthesia and do not require hospitalization.

What Do Small Nose Surgical Procedures Include?
Removal of Growths on the Nose
Skin changes on the nose such as moles or warts are removed quickly and safely with a small incision under local anesthesia. The scar is minimal and barely visible, and the entire procedure is painless.
Removal of Growths Inside the Nose
Polyps and smaller growths inside the nasal cavity can obstruct breathing, cause congestion, and reduce the sense of smell. Removal is most commonly done via endoscopic polypectomy under local anesthesia, making the procedure completely painless for the patient.
